Downloadable Options:
Name: This is the name of the file that the buyer will see when they download your product
File URL: This is where you can upload your design files. If there are multiple files, we recommend uploading the files as a zip folder. If you modify or edit your product and would like to upload a newer version of your file, we recommend adding the version number as a suffix in the filename, for example, cartelfileLogo_v2.png
What to include in your zip file?
There is no one size fits all – so giving your customers multiple options is always best. When uploading a design we recommend uploading the design file in multiple file types, for example the most popular options are:
- .svg
- .cdr
- .ai
- .png
In addition we also recommend adding a text file inside the zip folder with your licensing information.
